Thermoforming is a cost-efficient process for medium quantities with short development times. We offer over 40 years of experience and supply interior and exterior panelling to a wide range of industries.
RIM (Reaction Injection Moulding) combines polyols and isocyanates to create complex components. This results in high-quality interior panelling and exterior components with excellent UV stability and an appealing feel.
FIM technology fulfils the highest requirements in terms of stability and surface quality. A plastic film is integrated into injection moulded parts to create high-quality surfaces and complex design elements.
LFI is a technology for complex composite geometries made of glass fibre and polyurethane. It enables stable, reproducible products and offers components with brilliant surfaces and integrated functions.
Particle foams made of polypropylene and polystyrene are lightweight, insulating materials. We can back-foam high-quality surfaces using dynamically tempered moulds.
